In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by YOU (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) an extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.
The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise.
Accessory Funk reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time.
If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Accessory Funk has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
Delivery of orders would be done address specific not person specific.
- All products are shipped out between 1 – 8 working days depending on the product category.
- Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Accessory Funk.
- Some orders, such as customised orders, or pre- order items, may take longer. We’re continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we will notify you of this delay immediately.
- In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will be shipped together.
- In situations beyond Accessory Funk’s control there may be circumstances, which cause a delay.
- In such cases, Accessory Funk will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.
Free shipping for all orders above Rs.500/-
For orders below Rs.500/- a flat fee of Rs.99/- is charged.
For instance, if our courier company is unable to deliver the parcel to your area; we would try another option to ship you the product and the charges for the same would be borne by the customer. (In this case, we would make sure to share the receipt of the same with the customer).
SHIPMENT TRACKING FOR DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please note the shipping costs will be borne by the customer only and the receipt from the logistic company will be shared with you. Once the customer agrees to pay the shipping costs depending on the order and actual weight; only then the company will ask you to pay for your order and process it from company’s end.

SHIPPING HANDLING FOR DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL:
Every product is thoroughly checked and packed before shipping out to you. Incase there’s a product damage, write to us at email@example.com. Share the images of the product within 2 days of the order being delivered and our team will get back to you in 24 hours.
On basis of the pictures and thorough investigation, it solely depends on the company to provide you with an exchange, refund or a credit note against your damaged order.
